Before you send this

This form collects the email address you enter, the phone number if you add one, the subject you pick and the message you write. FinSet uses them to read your enquiry, reply to it and route it to the right FinSet service. The phone number is optional and the form works without it. None of it is used for advertising, and none of it is sold or passed to data brokers.

Your message and contact details stay on file while the enquiry and any follow-up are being handled, and are not kept longer than that unless we are required by law to keep them longer.

To have them deleted, or to ask what is held and have it corrected, write to grievance@finset.in. Requests are answered within 30 days. The same address takes a complaint about how a request was handled, and an unresolved complaint can go to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational and notified. The privacy policy carries the full detail.
